5 Questions to Consider

My cyber-mentor and Exercise Physiologist, Bob Greene came up with these very pertinent 5 questions. For those of you just starting your Weight Loss and Best Life Journey, take a moment to ponder these questions. Answer truthfully. Then, examine your answers as you look inside yourself. Use these questions as a starting point for finding out what truly is holding you back from living your absolute best life. I think this will be an interesting exercise for us all... Let me know how it goes.

1. What are you really hungry for?

2. Why are you overweight?

3. Why have you been unable to maintain weight loss in the past?

4. What in your life is not working?

5. Why do you want to lose weight?

  1. Chaunda,
I somehow stumbled upon your page today...not even really sure how. But I believe things happen for a reason and will certainly use your insights as motivation. I started my journey/and blog about my journey in May 2009. I'm losing it pretty slow, but at least I'm going in the right direction. Thank you so much for sharing your story and you look amazing!! I'll get there one day :)

  3. Chaunda,

You are a true inspiration. I have become obsessed with your before and after photos. I relate to your story because I am where you started and am trying to get to where you are today! I have 3 children at home as well and out of all the stories I've read, your story really hit home. My life now mirrors your life 2 years ago when you started. I have started my journey (once again) and plan on sticking with it. It's a daily struggle. I hope you continue to update your blog to help me and others stay motivated. Thanks so much for sharing your story!!!!!!!
